for a noob admin like myself, how do I help a user view our site at work when the site is blocked:

"This Websense category is filtered: Potentially Damaging Content. Sites in this category may pose a security threat to network resources or private information, and are blocked by your organization."

First you would need to know what/why they are blocking it, it could be for any number of things.

If he can set a proxy in his browser, he could skirt the block that way, but his comp. may not allow browsers manipulation like that, thats if they havent blocked other ports.

He could as well use the IP, but then he would have issues naving on the site as well.

If it's blocked you'll have to talk to the sysadmins at your users work to find out what it's being blocked.
There may not be much you can do other then offer a mobile version they can check on their phone.
