Activity stream for 4.1?

I'd like to put an activity stream on my 4.1.10 site. But there doesn't seem to be one for 4.1 sites. I found two. One simply didn't work and kept giving a database error. The other worked but it was just for user profiles. Not where you could make the activity stream a landing page unto itself.

Don't you have to have vb4 suite in order to add anything concerning blogs or blog posts to activity stream?

I would recommend an upgrade to 4.2 :)

Upgrading is too much of a pain. I'd have to redo stuff all over again.

Yeah, you have no idea how much it is of a pain upgrading vBulletin -- It ruins so much custom themes it's not funny.

It's why I'm moving away from vBulletin -- THe skinning side of it is garbage :)

Uh, no, you don't.

You'd just be going from 4.1.10 to 4.2.0. It's not like going from 3.8.7 to 4.0.0.
