CMS: Removing the Sidebars Completely

I've removed the sidebar and category widgets, but need to use the space (in red in the screenshot) leftover for my content - having trouble figuring out where to edit the CSS. I just need to move The Front Page over to the left and increase the width of the content.

Appreciate any pointers.

Have you tried messing around with the layout? ACP -> CMS -> Layout Manager
