Limit Posts for New Users

I am running the current and latest version of 4.2.0 and am looking to make an enhancement to my forum to encourage new forum users to become paid club members.

I would like to restrict posts of new users to 10, and then only allow them to post further once they have become a paid up club member.Happy for them to be able to read the forum, just no more posting.

I have done some searching of the forums, and VB Manual, but cannot work out if this is an option or a downloadable Mod.

We have moderators ready to handle this on the forum, what I cannot find is a way to stop the additional posts.

Can anyone advise me please of how I can achieve this ?
