How do I remove the moderator title?"Forum Moderator" thing, I want to get it away from the "Staff leaders" http://prntscr.com/j0n4j

You can turn off the leaders and then just have the moderator usergroup listed in AdminCP > Settings > Options > General Settings > Enable Forum Leaders.
