View Full Version : URGENT >> Purchased Product on Nov 1st still its not activated!

Hello VBulletin Team,
I have purchased the product on Nov 1st using my credit card but the product is still not activated and so i am unable to use it.
Also i have received the confirmation from the bank saying the amount has been delivered to you . I request you to recheck at your end again.

Already i have raised dockets with you but still i am not getting a proper response/update from your guys which is very disappointing and not at all acceptable.
I have also tried calling your help desk[+18773266444], but getting the same response " unable to receive your call right now."

I am in urgent need of the product and request you to update me immediately on my issue. I have submitted all my details[customer id & transaction Id and some proof screenshots]. Let me know if any more details is required.

Your earlier response is appreciated.

We can't help you here, that kind of thing is handled through the vbulletin.com site. I did notice that the help line says that the hours are 9AM-5PM Pacific time (GMT-8), so that would mean that they won't open for another hour or so.
