Video Embedding in CMS

Hi all, I am sure this has been covered somewhere, but how do I get to embed movies in CMS as the embed video button is not there and I can find no way to enable it! I have it in the blog and forum editing sections but not in the CMS!

Can anyone help with this please?

In the forum manager, edit the "vBCms Comments" Forum and make sure "Allow [VIDEO] Code" is set to yes.
