Looking for a plugin

Hi agina guys.
I noticed that some vB forum has a plugin that demand new users to write a "presentation thread" before they recieve full access to the forum.
Any chance that this plugin also exist to 3.8.5?

I did a quick search and couldn't find anything. You might just have to tamper with permissions.
