Allowing users on mobile phones to use my forum?

Currently if a user trys to visit my forum while on a mobile phone they get a white page.

How can I fix this?

Here is a page from the manual about troubleshooting blank or 'white' pages: https://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/blank_pages You may want to start by looking at your error_logs (if you don't know where they are, ask your host) to see what is going on when they get the white page.

Do you have a mobile style or only your main style?
