(123) Square Brakets Bug

If i open a Thread with starting the Title in brakets or Square Braket it only Display the Brakets / Square Brakets and it ends with some Dots instead of the Full Title.

Title is:

(123) Square Brakets Bug

and it shows:

(123) ...

In Cyb Top10 Stats, in Forumhome and in Forumdisplay!

Howto Fix this Bug?
