Create a bar

Hi once more,

The last question was so successful I have one more. I am trying to create a bar below a category on the forums, one that I can paint the same color as the sub-navbar I want to create like a sandwich sort of.

Don't use margin between forums an then use border-bottom to create a bar? Maybe that works?
