To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

If this does not fix the problem then check group settings. If it does then you will need to find the custom plugin causing the problem

Create a new style with no parent:

Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save

Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

@unnamedghost tried with all plugins and default style still nothing, oh and by the way i dont understand why when i made the recent update from 4.1.10 to 4.2.0 i see that the praised Navigation manager isn't there also (before the update the "Who's online" was working fine)

Are you sure it should even be listing any users? What do you have set for AdminCP > Settings > Options > user listing options > minimum posts ?

that setting is ok must be some other one you would be best to let a member of staff go in and have a look at it putting in a support ticket would get this problem fixed in no time

And that is for Registered Users? How many Registered Users do you have?

Run Maintenance > Diagnostics > Suspect File Version and make sure no files are listed as Missing or not containing expected contents.

That was for the Administrators group ( checked the registerd users group also it is on even for them), Registered Users 893

What version of vbulletin do you think you are running? This line concerns me:

"File Version Mismatch: found 4.2.0 patch level 2, expected 4.1.10"

I made an upgrade from 4.1.10 to 4.2.0 and from there on the problems

A shot in the dark but this rings a bell with something that happened to me.... do you have any plug ins/ mods etc?

looked at your screen shot and see that you do, did you disable all plug ins/ mods etc before upgrading?

You haven't run the upgrade script which is why you are having the problem.

Runed the upgrade script it resolved the missing Navigation manager problem, disabled all the plugins to see if it works but the whos online not showing still persists, these came up runing the Maintenance > Diagnostics > Suspect File Version again.

Is anybody actually on the site when you are testing (again, you haven't provided a link for us). When I just looked at the online page on my test site, it didn't show me at first until it did it's first refresh after 60 seconds.

Yes that is working but the problem is i cant see where they are looking, i mean the location where they are that isnt working.

When you're talking about who's online are you talking about the WGO at the bottom of the main forum home page or at the bottom of the thread list page?

Is your primary usergroup Administrator and everything is set to Yes for that usergroup? And, you are viewing the page with a default style and all plugins disabled?

Yes my primary group is Administrator and everything is set to Yes for that usergroup, tried with plugins off and default style and still i cant see the activity of the users.Should i post the content of the online.php i think the problem lies there(just a guess im not a coder, jut a trial&error guy) or what whould you say i should post?

No, we don't need to see the content of online.php since it should be a totally default file - isn't it?

When you click on what users where? You need to be much more descriptive of the exact problem or we can't help.

Posible that the link you set in AdminCP > Settings > Options > Site Name / URL / Contact Details > Forum URL is NOT ANYMORE the one you set on installation.

You set at installation www.domain.com and after you set as www.domain.com/forum that could be why you have this problem.
