Paypal IPN error!

We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem. If this payment is for an eBay listing, you can contact the seller via the "Ask Seller a Question" link on the listing page. When you have the correct email address, payment can be made at www.paypal.com (http://www.paypal.com).

What do I do to fix this error? I have all the IPN settings done on my paypal account, but the test communication doesn't work, and I've put my proper email address in the http://puu.sh/1gOW7

There aren't options to put an email.

What version of vB is this? I'm looking at the same spot in the Payment API Manager, and there are two fields for email addresses. Perhaps there's an issue with the settings table?

You might get more help for this at vb.com, since the payment stuff isn't a modification.
