work in my Templates ... i have uploaded the stuff and have added this to my custom templates but it not works, what i do wrong ?

Are you replacing existing code, or adding something completely new?
If replacing, then maybe some old code is still there.

added new template that works but not with that code in it

without vbulletin it working normal , in templates it shows not up

Did you include all of the header code in the header templates? (Or headinclude)
