i try thats mod

and when i click in mail on the url invite i get error that dont have php file named
confirminvite.php

somebody have normal invition mod?

Search above, search for Invitation, All mods, Title only.
There are a few for 3.8 here.

This one is for 3.7.2 - I am using it on 3.8.4. works fine... Don't remember if I had to edit it so I would say install it on your test site first.
Look through that thread, starting at the last page to see if others are using it in 3.8 & if any edits need to be completed.
