Forum difference between reply and comment

seeing the comment button in an answer to thread forum is a bug?

I sincerely hope it is a bug, or it can create confusion about which options to use for reply.

if not, can you explain the difference between a reply and comment, I remember that there is always reply with quote to reply to a previous post.

You may turn off the comments in threads in AdminCP > Settings > Options > Message Posting and Editing Options > Thread Comment Posting > No.
