Description:
This modification allows you to add a display that shows the Date and also the Time in real time. This is placed to the left of the Search box and doesn't affect your forum's performance.

This modification is an improved version of a template edit for vBulletin 4.x.

Installation:

Download the product XML and import it through the 'Manage Products' page in the AdminCP.
Configure settings at: Admin CP -> Settings -> Options -> Navbar Clock Settings.
Done.

Changelog:
15/12/2012 - Version 1.10:
- Fixed a bug causing Clock not to appear.
14/10/2012 - Version 1.00:
- Initial release.

Notes:
I'm always looking to improve my work for the people that enjoy using it. If you have any suggestions on how I can improve this hack then please leave a comment and I'll see what I'm able to do. Don't forget to 'Mark As Installed' if you've got it installed!

Can you update it for work on 4.1.10 without manual template edit ?

this is for vb5 connect not a VB4
(VB5 products work completely different and can't be used on VB4)

how can you ask to update this product ?

i would suggest asking the developer to create a VB4 product of this

As Simon has stated, this is a vBulletin 5 product so it would need to be back ported to vBulletin 4, not updated. However, I'll give it a shot soon :)

My apologies. I have corrected this. You'll need to re-download the XML and follow the installation instructions.

Is the clock showing the forums time or is it showing each user their local time based on their PC time?

It is based on the users pc time.

It is JavaScript based therefore it will pull the user's local time as it reads on their PC.

hmm, yes its nice, but i agree the text is too hard to see...also we have some light and dark styles so i wonder if it can have text outlined in white then it could be seen on both light and dark styles?

edit: well i found a color to work on different styles and just edited the xml, but im still some curious if that 2 color is possible
