How to post looking for vb 3.87 help?

Hi, I want to know where to post that I'm looking for a developer to write, install some vb modifications. I looked around on the forums and it wasn't quickly apparent if it was ok to be looking for a contractor that is fluent in vb 3x plugins and modifications here. If not here, where do I post such a request?

We have an older forum running a private community website for a school. We want some functional modifications to the basic vb code.
