I just added a test user as an Admin but when I logged in with those credentials to the Cpanel, they were only able to see a stripped down version of the Cpanel with only the moderation tools but not the full cpanel
I added her to the administrators group but she's not an admin :(
how to make someone a full admin like meh?

once you change someones user group or add a new user when you click save you will see an option at the top of the next page to set there admin permissions

she's a developer here, all she wants to do is have access to my style to add a drop down list for me under the User CP as I am a complete n00b!e to vBulletin :o

If only the style the dev is working on then only give them that in the admincp/Usergroups/Administrator Permissions
Can Administer Styles = Yes
