How to hide subforums?

I am searcjing for the setting which hide not the first sub forum but hide the second sub forum. like
Main category is Cotton
Sub forum is ----->> Cotton Products
& Sub forum of Cotton Products is ----->> Blankets, Jackets, Pillow
and when i save them these all show as sub forum on main home page i want to show only
Cotton Products as a Sub forum and hide Blankets, Jackets, Pillow from main page and these should be shown when a user clicks on Cotton Products.
