New Guy Here need HELP!!!

I am new to vBulletin and have purchased a theme. Its called GamerProBlack. Now I need to know how do I customize it. In a perfect world I would be able to drag and drop things where I want them. vBulletin does not let you do that and I have no clue how to. I cant understand CSS.

Where would I start to organize my home page of my forums? Set column widths? How do I do this?

Unfortunately, it won't be easy, especially without any knowledge of CSS.

CSS is probably about the easiest thing to understand as far as modding vBulletin goes and it just gets harder from there. If you are looking for a specific custom look you will probably have to pay someone to do it for you. Look around here there are plenty of people doing this sort of thing.
