How Do I Create A Poll

Where do I find the instructions on creating a poll? I see that also, there are MODs for creating polls. Please advise.

When you create a thread, down near the bottom of the page there's a checkbox for adding a poll. If you check it, after creating the thread it will take you to the page for creating the poll.
