Adding some text to the Subscriptions section

I want to add some text and an additional Paypal donate button to the Paid Subscriptions section. Which template would I need to work in?

I'm not sure exactly where you mean, but you can find a specific template by temporarily turning on "Add Template Name in HTML Comments" (under General Settings), then viewing the html source of a page and looking for the comments.
