Grid layout

In order to get a layout like the attached image, do I need to edit a template and add <div> tags? Or can this be done in the grid/layout manager? The header would be above the full width block.

I haven't been able to figure it out in the grid/layout manger :(

When you create the grid, did you select to have a Secondary Header? That should put the top box there.
