Anyone with Experience with 123chat Messenger?

I hate even asking this kind of a question in an open forum... but I haven't found much information searching the site or the web so here goes.

Would any of you who have tried TopCMM's "123 Messenger" program be willing to share your experiences with them and it.

It seems to be exactly the solution I am looking for on my forums, as I don't think a full blown chat room would be helpful, and a shout box isn't quite it either (unless I am confused about what a shoutbox actually is). But this would provide the kind of interaction my members are asking for.

Have you looked at:

cometchat or prochatrooms?

I own both for under $100

cometchat functions as a Instant message between users, where as prochatrooms functions as a main chatroom.
