Brought this problem up here
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=282736&page=3
But advised to start a fresh

As of a few days ago , Members on my forum can no longer Upload images as before, If they use the Icon "Insert Image" on the Quick Reply Editor upload option will open, but if they use the upload "From Computer" then the Image will NOT upload and give a Red Icon, which when hovered over says "Undefined". I have also tried to go Advanced and upload with the Manage Attachments, but again the image will crash with same results.

BUT, If i use the Quick Reply Icon as above and then wait a couple seconds for it to load , and then use the "Basic Uploader" in the bottom right hand corner , Then the Image will upload, Albeit i can then only add 1 image at a time rather then 10. but it does work.

I have checked for faults in our FTP and Host.
Also i cleared our Cache, Optimised/Repaired Attachment Tables ,and rebuilt Attachments using the Tool in AdminCP.

We are running 4.1.10 and we have NOT added any Hacks or Upgraded the forum in 6 months, This problem just occurred from nothing. Also i logged in to our Test Forum which is also 4.1.10 which has NOT been used in months and that too has the exact problem, which leads me to believe this is a 4.1.10 problem or FTP issue.I use Google Chrome but have tried Internet Explorer / AOL and Others and all browsers have the same problem, I can Post Images Here and VB.com so the problem is NOT my computer

Appreciate Any Help anyone can give on this, If it is a simple resolve please can you give a walk through,
Click Images below to enlarge to see how i have to upload images now,

Regards Clive

Did your host recently do any upgrades to the server software?

Hi Lynne,
I opened a support ticket with Vbulletin.com and it appears to be a 302 Error, So now having our FTP checked, But i also noticed as of today after Logging in to our Host that their Website has been Revamped / Upgraded. So it may well be something they done , But i have no idea when their site website was changed.
So i am hoping this will be a simple Fix and possibly just a URL issue, as i googled 302 error and that is what it suggests.

I am having the exact same issue. Did it end up being an FTP issue with your host?
