Guest comments in Blogs

I recently discovered that inexplicably the Blogs in vB 4.2 do not have an option to show a quick reply box for guests to leave comments. You can give guests permission to leave comments but the best you get is an easily missed tiny line of text that says, "Leave comment" that is easily missed, especially if there aren't any comments yet.

How do I get a quick reply box for Guests (unregistered/not logged in users) in blogs?
