Problems with Subscriptions Manager

I have subscriptions set up through Paypal. The Test Comm checks out fine. I added the IPN URL to the Paypal site but it says it's invalid.
The payments are processed but the upgrade never takes place on my forum. Any ideas what could be causing this? I've already checked that IPN is enabled. I've check case-sensitivity on paypal email address...
What else is there?

Have you raised a ticket at vbulletin.com? it seems to work for every other forum owner so there may be a bug in payment.php or it may be corrupt or another file. Do you have any mods that may conflict with the operation? are the permissions right on your files?
