implex error

yes i know this is the wrong place but this stupid site says "showing up as unlicensed" even though i am brought vbulletin and added my email.'

also i cant ask on vbulletin as it is down for some reason

ok so i have implex connected it says Successful in modules but when i go back to the forum their is issues.

this is now at the top of the page:
