Image on forum sidebar

Hey Guys

Im looking for a plugin that will allow me to place a image or a random image from an album in a block on the forums sidebar.

Basically i want to run a competition for photo of the month on my forum. What i want is the entries to show as a random image that will link through to the dedicated forum area where the competition is

what plugins are available to do this?

You can do it manually by doing an HTML box and adding the Image HTML coding. I'm not sure of any plugins like this though, but I'm interested in something like this as well for a Signature of the Week type of thing.
