Cant delete Vb4 product

i think i may have put this in the wrong section. BUt. I have usergroup legend on forumhome installed.. but it isnt showing up on my home page..I have it enabled in the settings and i have all of the usergroup ID's setup too. I also cant uninstall it because everytime i do it takes me to the next page to add an uninstall code.
