Hi, I run an education community for engineering and law students in India and I just redesigned the community forum - www.gyancentral.com/forum for better navigation and design.
Kindly provide your feedback on the same.

Thank you for the response. Is there any way I can improve it?

@Scanu - Mate is a mod which we did inhouse, its actually a single SSO across Joomla, Vbulletin and Jomsocial

This coming from a Vbulletin Designer means a lot, however some who prefer default vbulletin look hate it.

so maybe you can have two designs for them to choose from, the current one you have(which I think is really well done btw) and a second one with default vb looks?
They'll be able to choose, that way they cant say nothing bad :)

@Killaduce - good idea but I don't know how to implement the same.

Why not make same header and footer
But leave the middle (forum content) defaultish look obviously edited for your colors though?
And then users will be able to choose from the two skins in the style drop down menu that will appear in the bottom left corner (vb default)

Sure will give that a shot. First working on replicating the design on the mobile.
