"Could not find element with navid = 220." error

So i wanted to create a drop down menu for the sub nav bar.

I created it and its id = 220, and i added a link to it. I wanted to change stuff and delete it and it wont let me . IT shows
Could not find element with navid = 220. but it still displays it on the page.

ANy help?

Same problem, could not find anything about it in the bug tracker.
Also I tried firefox & chrome.
