Try to fix a navbar problem

Hi,

I'm actually trying to fix a problem with a style which is not correctly working with my vB Verison 4.1.3.
But I don't know how to fix it. The navbar is shown to big. Please take a look at the screenshot.

I'm not sure how to fix it but this happens when you are using a theme that is not compatible with your version....you should upgrade if required..
