Is the custom skin that you are using compatible with 4.2.x as well?

Is this the link u went to buy this skin http://mysticdigital.com/shop
If the answer is yes and also I don't see any other skins on that site then it is for 4.1.5 it also clearly says this on it. So either the guy updates it or you pay someone to

If you are still having trouble with the navbar and the skin is not a 4.2 skin a simple but dirty way to fix it for now till you can get it updated is to go to your default skin and copy the entire navbar page and replace the entire page of your skin that is not functioning properly but remember to backup the original page first in case it doesn't work or you need to revert for some reason. I know this is not the proper way to do it but if you can not contact the developer it may be the only way to make it work till you can do something else.
note: it will not change the look of the navbar as that is controlled by a css and this only works in some cases not everything but in the case of the navbar it will fix your problem

Again this is not the proper way to fix a problem but sometimes you have to improvise

i gave it a shot and the bars did change however it distorted the hell out of the rest of the page. I will seek someone to update my stuff.
