I installed VBSEO 3.6.0 PL2, during the time I was constructing my website. In time, I discovered that it was not creating 'basic friendly URLs'. Isn't this a problem, being that the search engines cannot identify the content of the page. This is a sample of what my sitemap reflects for a number of my forums:

</url>
<url>
<loc>http://healthcommunity.co/f74/</loc>
</url>
<url>
<loc>http://healthcommunity.co/f90/</loc>
</url>
<url>
<loc>http://healthcommunity.co/f78/</loc>

Here is a sample of my content area:

</url>
<url>
<loc>http://healthcommunity.co/content/section/15-thyroid-disorders.html</loc>
</url>
<url>
<loc>http://healthcommunity.co/content/section/10-vitamins-amp-supplements.html</loc>
</url>
<url>
<loc>http://healthcommunity.co/content/section/25-weight-loss.html</loc>
</url>

As you can see, there is a major difference in the way the software produces URLs.

What do I do in this case. Would really appreciate help in this area.

You can either disable vbseo, choose a different rewrite option for the CMS and refine your own rules.

In either case this is really a question for vbseo to answer if you're using their product.
