Looking for current vBulletin.org theme

Just curious if the current vBulletin.org skin is available for download anywhere on the site?

I'm looking to create a new skin but would like to use the fixed version of this skin as the template from which to start.

I also like the theme picker you have on the bottom of the site; is that a Mod?

No, this style is not available for download. And yes, the themepicker was custom coded also and isn't available as a modification from us. I think someone else made a similar modification and you can search for it.
