Email all users!

So i have a forum with about 4000 members and now when i email my users i get a DB crash. I guess my VPS is to small....i will be updating to a dedicated soon but is there a way round mass emailing?

Why don't you email them usergroup by usergroup? And if a usergroup is too big, split it temporarily.

What is the db error that you get btw?

Hmmm very nice idea, i could duplicate the group and do that..hmmmmm any other suggestions?
