Last post not refreshing

Hello, I have a problem with my vB, The last post on any thread wont update, I posted in a thread and the last post was still the thread creator, Any idea on why and how i can fix this, I even ran general update tools,

Disable all mods in config.php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

place it at the top underneath
