Disabling Attatchments in POSTS not PROFILES

Is there any way to disable attachments in posts, but NOT in profiles, like albums?

I want members to be able to upload images to albums in their profiles, but no attachments at all in posts. In fact I don't even want the 'attachments' often shown at all on the post editor.

As of now members can post images in posts via the IMG tag and free sites like photobucket and tinypic...

Any help would be appreciated.

ACP=>Forums & Moderators->Forum Permissions.

For the forum you don't want attachments in, select the usergroup that you don't want to be able to upload files and set 'Can Upload Attachments' to 'No'.
