Sidebar Question

I utilize the 4.2 publishing suite and a skin by PureB. I can get the sidebar to work in the CMS area, although, it is not showing up in the forum. How can I get the/and or a sidebar to show in the forum area.

vboptions > forum sidebar > set those to what you want
forums & moderators > forum blocks > add the blocks you want
