[Video] BB Code is Off

I am going nuts with this...I had to re do my whole site the other day. I had the video link working in WYSIWYG and now I can't get the little video icon back...When I look at the bottom of the screen, it has the posting permissions and to the right, it tells me :
BB code is On
Smilies are On
[IMG] code is On
[VIDEO] code is Off
HTML code is Off

I have the permissions set to allow all bb code with the exception of html...I do not know where else to look to enable the video BB code...
I am the administrator and I have all privileges and still can't upload a video link...

Any help would be greatly appreciated...
