I can't get into my admincp

ok, I'm hoping someone can help me with this one...I had the forum built and I had MGC_Chatbox_Evo_3.2.3 installed and working. The forum (vb4.2) was running for a few days...Everything was fine...I went into my admincp to make some changes. and it had timed out...my username and password were in the boxes and I just hit enter...Like I always do...It said "thank you for logging in", but keeps bringing me back to the login screen...I logged in again (this time typing in my username and password) and it keeps doing the same thing...I can't even login to the forum...I tried changing the password, which I did, but it still won't let me in...I deleted the database and created a new one...new name and password...I re-installed vb4.2 and when it came to the admin username, I changed it and used a different one and a different password...It's still doing the same thing...I can't get into my admincp!!!

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what the problem might be and how to remedy it?
It is very frustrating..

Nevermind...I found the problem...Cookie Issue...Deleted the cookies, and all is well...
