I'm aware that in 4.x there is a Anchor BBCode, is there one for 3.8x? I've looked through the bbcode list on my forums, doesn't have one. Anyway we can add one to 3.8?

There is a "URL" bbcode, I think that's basically an anchor (or do you mean something else?).
