Notifications for Thread/Reply

Does vBulletin have notification for reply notifications? Not via email but in the notification. I think Xenforo's alerts are what I am looking for. But I am using vBulletin.

As far as I know the only way to do it would be for new Registrations by setting the correct options in the settings in admin cp to email all thread replys etc.

Otherwise Some members Dont wish to get them and Prefer to leave them turned off in there Settings.

Would be nice to see a mod which can do the Same as the Xenforo ways
