sorry for the noobish question but what's a flash banner??? I've never heard of that before.=/

nvm I looked it up but now my question is, how would I install it to one of my sites skins?

Just put it in place of any picture or ad, it's literally a template edit, you either use one of the ad location templates already there or edit one of the templates you want it to appear in.

I agree force but he can always use the mobile detect mod or write a plugin to detect it and not show the banner :)
