The site looks ok to me except for the colour. A site like this should be exciting and visually cool. The dark colour is depressing. ( just my personal opinion)

A bright colour with interesting things seems the way to go.

You obviously have put some effort into getting it going, why not make it visually exciting for your members?

Some great points. In future I may look to changing the home page up a bit, however for the Forum I find that a darker colour allows more time to be spent on the forum while ensuring your eyes don't burn out!

The front page will definately be updated in the future, the forum skin will be customized further.

Thanks for your input!

Like all the dark skins u have change nothing

Hopefully you're saying you like all my dark skins! If that is the case, then thanks!

Otherwise, I'm confused and hurt! Haha.

Well it's very dark looking as a few have already said.
I think a much better logo is needed and get yourself a custom fav icon not the default vb one.

A new logo is in the works, so that's sorted.

A favicon is also being made!

Thanks for your input. :)

I would definitely consider lightening the skin up as when it comes to blind people like me lol it makes it difficult to read "Thread And Post counts" As well as what time the last post or threads were created. Again though I wear reading glasses so it could be time for me to just get a new prescription lol!

I like it very much especially the login and register part. Good work!

The register part is nice of course, it's used on various forums and part of the theme.

It does look very bland at a first glance, aside from that - it's difficult to tell at a first glance what the website is about.

I actually had a lot more luck finding this out on your root homepage itself, - which by the way looks great. Very simple and easy to navigate. I would work on making your vB forum match that quality.

Btw, check out Answer Forums for your Q&A section, we have a free version on here.

I've thought about changing up the skin, may simply get some modifications done instead to lighten it up a bit!

Thanks for that :D

Thanks! That's what I loved about the skin too. ;D

I'm working on incorporating more of the game into the theme. Any ideas on good ways to do this? :)

I did spend a lot of time putting the front page together, with my limited knowledge it wasn't an easy task.

I shall do that! Thanks for that. ;D

Try reading it over a few times maybe then you will understand it

Well first of all, if it's in English, it doesn't make sense.

Secondly, you took the time to reply but not to reword/ rephrase it so that it would actually make sense.

Due to the fact there's no way to determine what tone you are using, due to the grammar being nothing short of terrible.

For incorporating more of the game, i would pull more images on to the home page and make all of my content have at least one nice image (home page and news content i mean).

There's a mod on here for vb4 for sprite images.

I think your skin looks real good. It is though difficult to read the number of post field. I have seen a lot of sites with the black motif and they can look quite good. It is however very tiring to read with a black background and white text. I would change my text area to white and use black text.

In fact, I am in the process of changing my site right now, exactly as I describe to you for those reasons.

I prefer dark styles.

However, I agree that the text needs to be changed. All gray text should be a full white.
