Paypal Adaptive Payments

Does anyone know if this is possible with vBulletin 4 and if there is a mod available?

This looks very nice, but I can see that it uses java or jquery to make the box pop up, and few people does not have java on their browsers, and this might not work for all users! This is why paypal uses the usual Popup for their product,,,

Am sure this can be made to a mod!
