Need Help:Unable to View Thread

Hello Everyone,
Right now i am facing a problem on my forum
everything i can do except viewing a thread
when ever i click on a thread title i received this error

Check to see if it's chmod 655 or 755. It could also be a mod_security and/or a suhosin issue if it's not a permissions problem. In that case, you will need to tell your host what is happening and have them fix the mod_security settings.

It could also be a modification you may have installed?

no since last 2 months i have't install any mod

Ever get a solution to this? I'm having a similar problem periodically. To fix it I have to do a server restart until the problem happens again.

Check your error_logs (if you don't know where they are, ask your host).
