That can''t be installed in vb as it is made for a different system. But it can be converted to a vb theme which then you can install it and use it in your vb forum.

to convert such theme to work with vBulletin, you will need Design talent... it's pure graphics and html codes, so you need to know a lot of them, as you also need to handle vBulletin codes properly.

if you have nothing of that, you need to hire someone who will do it for you... and it can be costly if you need something complicated to handle - and general people are not always the best to evaluate if it is complicated... the lowest rate from a designer is usually the worst situation you need...
